 College of computer education (coce) established in 1995 is one of the most trusted & reputed University centre of Sikkim Manipal University (SMU) . This is the first vocational college of Bihar & Jharkhand certified with international quality certificate ISO – 9001 : 2008 from Australia. Recently college was visited by Ex Chancellor of Jharkhand , Mr. Syed Sibte Razi and was honoured with “Excellence in computer Education” award at New Delhi for its outstanding achievement . All the courses offered by SMU are recognized by University Grant Commission (U.G.S.) , DEC (Distance Education Council ) New Delhi & Ministry of H.R.D. (Govt. of India ) under section 2(f) .
